| I had some of the same concerns you have so I setup my 1770nt with great plains dry fertilizer openers and setup a Montag cart to pull behind the planter. I set all this up last year but wasn't able to run it because we had some blockage sensors get caught in customs because of the tariffs. When I get the planter in the shop this week I'll can share some pictures if you're interested. I plan to run about 500 lbs per ac. Should get about 32 ac of planting before filling. From previous experience the filling process on that cart takes about 10 mins so shouldn't slow us down too much. | |
