We have a house in Foley that is near some Ag fields. Mostly beans & corn with some scattered canola.
Most of open land is in Sod production and lots of it is for sale priced for devolopment.
Flat farmland makes great multi-family subdivisions with golf courses.
Between Alberta & Fairhope area there are some small produce operations and horse farms.
Auburn University has a research farm in that area with some crops and cattle.
Elberta German Sausage Festival is the 28th.
We will be there next weekend for 10 day staycation.
I do know the good local spots for seafood!
