Lincoln County. NC | Drawbar hitch (not the drawbar SWIVEL hitch) would be an instant non starter for me. CV life is short and they can be destroyed by over-angling whether running or not. High acre machines get wear in the male splined shafts between the modules and the female splines of the module pinion shafts. When they get bad enough the bars are essentially junk. Check for play between each blade holder by holding one and turning the adjacent one. All the way across the bar.
Edit; sounds like a standard drawbar hitch with an equal angle extension on the tractor. I’m not a fan.
