I know that they are not grammatically the same but they are similar and I seem to get through his posts fine. For a lot of people, myself included, it is often difficult to put thoughts to paper/computer monitor, and still utilize good grammar and good spelling. If you understand what a person is trying to convey I would not worry too much for the conveyance.
