Fontanelle, IA | Depends on the heifer’s lifetime of performance.... top pictured heifer ( in pics 1 and 3) will probably wean the heaviest calves as she looks to be the biggest/thickest one with the biggest bag and teats. Her bag will shell out before the others. She also has the look of being the cagiest. Other pictured heifer in pics 2 and 4 looks to be a little peaked at the moment.... maybe a more stressful delivery. But, those teats won’t give a calf any problems - whether the calf is 55 # or 105#. | |
