WC Indiana | I just invoice the elevator and when they pay just go to the customers drop down and select "receive Payment". Works well. You can always run a report that tells you how much you have sold in a date rage and it calculates the avg selling price. I am a spreadsheet-a-holic but this works much better than putting it in a spreadsheet. It is tied into your accounting and you can run financials and many other reports.
