We have some ground within 5-6 miles of there. The thing about Davis county is they likely have the worst weather in Iowa, it's not unusual to get 20" of rain in May and zero in July and the soil types are not conducive to raising a good crop with less than ideal weather. In 2015 there was a lot of sub 100 bpa corn in that area and in 2017 sub 25 bpa corn was common.
