Are you SURE the sprayer has an even number of tips? Most have an odd number so that every pass has some overlap because a lot of tips are supposed to have overlap.

Our Hagie's have IIRC 73 nozzles (15" spacing) for a total width of 91'3" but swath width is 90' to get the proper tip overlap on the ends.

If you indeed have 36 tips you could just change your antenna offset the 20" you need to go and remember to change it back when done. That way it will always work no matter which line you use.

Or just physically move your antenna the 20". Move it back when done.

If you need to go down standing corn, it sounds like you would be best suited just to use all 36 nozzles. Perhaps make them smaller for the less rate and still use the same degree with ore overlap?
