splitting a planter is completely worthless, the yield monitor cannot give you accurate data when you jump between 2 varieties. One variety could be easily reading 10-20 bushels too high or too low. Im sure you feel confident looking at yield monitor data but unless your going to weigh each pass its really inaccurate data.
I should say I have split planter b4, but its more for visual. The data I dont put alot of value too.
