Subject: Breaking out pasture for organic crops?

I’ve got a farm currently in pasture and rotationally grazed. It’s all certifiable for organic crops the first year, so looking at breaking some out. I’ve done a lot of research over the past few years and have several neighbors doing pretty decent organic cropping, but thought I’d post on hear for your all’s advice. How would you break it out? Plow ect? Corn or beans first year? Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
