Rent must cheap.


Rent doesn’t have to be cheap to be able to afford to tile something. Really just the lease length and any special terms you can get added (ie payback provisions If lease is broken and right of first refusal post lease).



You must have different rents/landowners in your area. Around here the little land that is available to rent is bid so high there isn't any left to pay for a tile amortization for any length of time. We have done some little projects, but none of our landowners want to have their ground tied up with some type of payback clause to be able to pattern tile ground. Be glad you have those kind of folks to work with.


I definitely understand how lucky I am.
