I think its great that you are commited to improving the farms you rent. I Would think potential landlords that are in it longterm would appreciate that too. The guys giving you sh!t probably bitch about the same wet holes every year on rented land and do nothing about it but blame the landlord.

i wouldnt do 120. I would prioritize the wettest parts and put it in on 60. Once you get the wettest parts done then imwould worry about the rest. But thats me.
