Subject: RE: Railroad spray killed my corn

Northeast Nebraska
Obviously they are proven guilty and the department of ag can testify to that. Being it's pretty cut and dry they did over spray. I was hoping we could settle it without a lawyer. I'm not against a lawyer, because this will probably be close to 10k claim if nothing will grow for 3 years.

Like others said railroads do nothing wrong. I have dealt with so much of their bs for years on farming next to a double track that is next to impossible to enter. Plus the other times they ding field edges. I will fight it and have some good resources high up in Congress. The other kicker is the railroad hires out who sprays, but the railroad piled the ties near my fieid.
