Subject: RE: Railroad spray killed my corn

Fulton County Ohio
A local town is constantly going to court against the NS railroad for parking trains on the street crossing. They have not collected a dime. Railroad will not change their action. When a crew runs out of time they park and walk away. I have a similar situation with the Ohio Turnpike. The contaminate is road salt and brine. They refuse to maintain their drainage ditch and flood my field. Soil tests confirm the contaminate. Local individual sits on the board promises a person of authority will contact me. They have not shown up in seven months. The only people I can get to have no authority and don't respond for 1-2 months.
