We have been sourcing our pelletized litter from Herbrucks in MI.
We are able to get hopper bottom semi-loads delivered to the research farm for $70-$80/ton plus shipping (~ $40/ton).
Seems likely that you could purchase pelletized litter for a similar price per ton if you order it by the semi-load from a source in the DELMARVA but I haven't done any investigation.
