| I have been able to drain similar soils with perforated tile but we only do small wet areas with a single run maybe 3ft deep and have plenty of grade because they a side hill seeps. Pattern tiling is not done here because excessive moisture field wide is rarely a problem. I'm willing to try something but since it's not common here to pattern tile I was hoping to get a little knowledge of what I should expect before I meet with some contractors.
Heavy was probably a bad term to use because that means something different everywhere. This is probably 20 cec soil
