Northwest Iowa | John- I have a question. I've been using your keto plan for about 2 months. A little cheating once in a while-had a sandwich with friends but took the top of the bun off, piece of pizza once a week. Still has done miracles. I've lost over 20 pounds and most of my "gut". Pants and shirts fit better. Don't feel hungry and don't need a nap, either. I do really like popcorn. Of course with butter(real) and have been taking it real easy on it-maybe a small bowl once week. Where does popcorn sit on the keto plan. Been snacking on almonds or sometimes plain peanuts when I get the urge. | |
