Coldwater, Michigan | Any ideas on how to get them to work. It is a computer that has files on Quickbooks 2019 and when the guy who used to run it left the job, the computer is in the above state. Computer belongs to a group that works with the homeless people in this area, and it is their files that are on the computer. Computer recognizes that mouse is there, but won't left you use the mouse. Keyboard works in some issues, not others. How do we pull the info from Quickbooks? I know we need to back Quickbooks up if we can get the computer to come up, but can't get computer to do that.
Guy who used to use it left in a bad situation, and may have sabotaged it. Just trying to help a friend here.
