coast of Maine | There is a tremendous amount of items normally over looked in your grocery store with lots of low carbs,take the shopping as a reading labels trip,buy a good rotisierre chicken and treat your wife to a tailgate chicken with some Pelligrino water and copius paper towels after your shopping,park in a scenic spot or such,we do this after bike rides a time or two a year,people think you are homeless which is fun also.Last time we joked that I was big spender ,a night out to eat 8.49 $ all in.I think the peligrino has a bit of lithium in it and you will feel calmer. | |
