SE North Dakota | We keep breaking teeth off these stupid gears. Replaced both shafts and all bearings this winter thinking maybe shaft was bent. New chopper hammers too and today guess what broken teeth again. This is getting really old and my faith in the Super is not so super duper anymore. Is it possible there are a bad batch of gears out there that I keep getting. Lugs are timed properly and in good shape. All new bearings and just a whole bunch of dollars being thrown at this stupid 40 year old design. OMG | |
