Southeast South Dakota		Been very happy with cricket - an at&t subsidiary -
for 60$ month (or $55 w/ autopay) (no addon taxes or fees) you can get hotspot with like 15 gig -

BUT unless you are in highly traffic area or time of congestion they don't slow it down after you hit your max

been working good for several years.....
