| Very interesting videos. It was convincing enough to research fasting some more. I’m not sure whether to be happy about it or not but I’m trying a short fast. The science behind it seems to make a lot of sense and it appears there’s a lot of benefits to it. I haven’t eaten since around noon so it’s not quite 12 hours yet and I think I’d best stay out of the kitchen tonight. I’m planning on breaking the fast at breakfast time. I have to admit it actually isn’t really that hard if I don’t think about it but there are moments. If a person would do it regularly the hunger actually does go away? It’s hard to believe. | |
