Awesome, especially like the chile verde idea- I've got a bunch of tomatillo salsa canned from last summer just might have to use some and duplicate that.

Totally agreed on how somebody with a real talent and knowledge can put things together that are magical, even if unconventional.  Shame that too many people won't step out of their comfort zone just a bit and experience that.
