North West IA/western AZ | Somewhere in the Outlook setup is the schedule to check your server for new mail and instructions for dealing with the messages. I personally don't like to deal with email on my phone so I set it to check manually and leave the message there for the next computer. My laptop it set to check every 15 minutes and to remove them from the server. If you also want emails on a second computer, you would need to set less time to check so it gets the message before the final removal occurs. If you don't remove the emails from the server, the server fills up and you have to deal with that. Sorry for not being more exact but I only deal with this when I have to set a new computer up. | |
