CNY | I never have a day like that if I have some carbs at supper. Pasta, pizza, whole grain bread. BUT I also have a big shot of veggies, minestone or a big salad with it as well as protein usually from meat or sometimes cheese. I think the veggies dilute the carb food and help slow the digestion. This diet along with moderate activity and cardio 5-6 days a week keeps my BMI at 26. I would not be happy if I had to eat the way John Burns and others here do. For me food is one of life's great pleasures.
