I don't see it as any different from other service based businesses, say plumbers or furnace guys. How can a farmer losing rented land be considered different from a plumber losing a long term maintenance contract? Not every business has a 'physical plant' that is the center of operations, why do you consider it different for a farm operation that only owns equipment? |
