Subject: RE: board auctions

Austin MN
I have seen a few board auctions
example 5 - 40 acre farms lot #1-5
They start with lot #1 bidding dies off at $3500/acre they put the price on the board and the bidders number and that is on hold
Lot #2 bidding dies off at $2750/ acre bidder number and price are held
Lot #3 bidding dies off at $2850/ acre bidder number and price are held
Lot #4 bidding dies off at $2250/ acre bidder number and price are held
Lot #5 bidding dies off at $2950/ acre bidder number and price are held
Then they reopen lot #1 it goes to $3600/acre no one else bids bidder number and price are held
then reopen lot #2 no one bids Lot #2 is sold for $2750 to the pervious bidder
then reopen lot #3 no one bids Lot #3 is sold for $2850 to the pervious bidder
Then they reopen lot #4 it goes to $3100/acre no one else bids bidder number and price are held
then reopen lot #5 no one bids Lot #5 is sold for $2950 to the pervious bidder
Then they reopen lot #1 no one bids Lot #1 is sold for $3600 to the pervious bidder
Then they reopen lot #4 no one bids Lot #4 is sold for $3100 to the pervious bidder
