Subject: keto flu

Pittsburg, Kansas
Hard to say. The first several pounds are probably fluids. That is why salt is important early on, because electrolytes can get flushed out and a person can get the "keto flu". Salt and potasium (low salt or no-salt salt replacement from the grocery store is one option).

But I think even the fat weight loss can start pretty quickly. It may just not be ramped up to the degree it will be once fully fat adapted.
