| I have been on the keto diet for about 2 months
I have lost about 10 lbs. I found there's resistant
starch raw potatoes have resistant starch I know
that doesn't sound yummy but can cook the potatoes
and let them cool overnight you than can reheat and
still have the resistant starch.
What happens with resistant starch it is not absorbed
in the small intestine passes to the large were bacteria
break it down doesn't turn to glucose . You can also do this
with pasta.
