These are mostly after supper but there are a few fasting morning readings in there too.
This is from a diabetic that was on 100 units of insulin a day and 2 diabetes meds and was happy if after meal readings were under 180. Now I take no insulin and no meds but cut out the fast carbohydrates and so now food is my medicine.
