I am going to throw this out there for thought. Schools took whole milk away and replaced it with 2% and skim. Obesity went up. Most recent published study(December 2019): https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2019/12/191230104810.htm

"We found that increased consumption of milk fat is associated with a lower risk of severe obesity in a population with very high rates of severe obesity. Our findings are consistent with four other studies that have examined the link between milk fat consumption and weight outcomes in children as well as several studies in adults."
