All I can do is relate my personal experience. You may have medical reasons for low blood sugar and should ask your doctor about that. Having said that, here is my experience.

I have had many episodes of low blood sugar back when I was on insulin and before that drugs that raised natural insulin levels. Since I have changed diet and resulting elimination of both insulin and diabetic drugs, I have never had a problem with low blood sugar in a year since the change.

Some questions you might want to ask yourself or your doctor. Are you on medications that could be affected by lowering carbs? Obvious ones are insulin and diabetic drugs. Not so obvious are blood pressure meds. I got off blood 2 pressure meds also as I no longer needed them. Are you actually checking your blood sugar? Or just feeling like it is low? Light headedness can be low blood pressure. It can also be a lack of salt, because carbs hold water in the body and when you reduce them the fluids are released along with electrolytes like salt and potassium. Being low in these minerals can cause a person to feel like crap.

Those are questions I would ask myself. You could go on line and watch a bunch of doctor videos like I have and get a lot of good ideas. I like Dr Ken Berry. Amy Berger is a nutritionist that has the tag line "keto without the crazy. Read some of the comments below the videos. You can get a lot of good education if you listen to the right doctors. I can't, don't, don't want to give medical advice. But you can educate yourself like I did.

The above three are all very practical. Follow them for awhile and see what you think. Look through their list of videos and pick out the ones that interest you. Browse some of the comments below the videos.
