lower Michigan | John, can you explain to me how this works with someone who suffers from low blood sugar? I have trouble with dizziness and shakes when my blood sugar gets to low, which makes it hard to follow most diet plans. I have reduced carbs and have very little sugar, increased proteins but have not gone "all in" as many of you have. It has taken me a year to loss 25 pounds. I feel the weight didn't come on overnight and by losing slowly, focusing on a permanent life style change, I hope to keep losing and keep it off. Thanks for the input, I have been reading some of your posts and am finding it interesting.
