Try this - it works. It also helps with prevention, duration if you infection/sickness takes hold and cuts down on the recovery time if you do get sick. It really works and is relatively inexpensive as a preventer and recovery over the counter product. Good luck and hope for a speedier recovery.

ETA: Oh, do it 2-4 times a day for the first few days to break up that crap in the nasal cavities. It really does work . . . ..
