It is really great that he is providing this input to the forum. Many people are not where they want or need extended fasting. But first hand experience reported is great to know that option exists for those that might need it.
It surely shows that skipping a meal or two for most people is not going to kill them. Those on medications may need to be more careful about it, but a lot of people would probably benefit by skipping a few meals and getting their insulin levels down to help prevent/reverse insulin resistance.
