| How much exercise do you do? Not eating usually isn’t sustainable. I know people that have had bad illness for weeks and they don’t eat much during that time. Once healthy they eat like they used to and right back to old weight. Eating in moderation instead of until I’m full and some good old exercise keeps me the weight I want to be, not much science to it at all really. Also a calorie is a calorie. Take your goal weight multiply by ten and that’s how many calories you can eat in a day. 200 is where I like to be so I eat 2000 calories a day and walk on the treadmill for a half hour a day and that works for me and I have enough energy to work 12 hour days.
