Look into black soybeans. Very low in net carbs. We use them in place of all other beans.
Eden foods carries them
If you have an instant pot put 1/3 dry black soybeans 2/3 water, add some salt and oil, on high for 40 mins, done.
Put in chili, casserole, soup, etc.
Anyone else have low carb dish recipes?
