I have a home-made Marinara sauce that I make. I will make a batch, and then use some on top of chicken or whatever meat I make for a meal. It is basically.... tomatoes. (Are tomatoes considered "low carb" ? If you want the actual recipe, I can/will post it. It is not hard to make. I have also started making homemade gravy to put on top of meat dishes. I am not sure it is "low carb", but it is "high fat". And I only use 1-2 Tbsp per meal. I think it is helping me keep me feeling full longer, and that helps to stretch out the length between meals. |
