Pittsburg, Kansas | I don't know this to be the case, but the diet may be helping your MS instead of it being the weight loss.
I say this, because I had knee and back pain that went away when we went keto. And that started within two weeks, before there was very much weight loss at all.
A very low carb diet is also an anti-inflammatory diet. So it could be reduced inflamation that is helping your MS. Like I say, I don't know that, only speculating. Keto helps a lot of autoimmune disorders via inflammation reduction.
