| Just had our meal - I thought I'd post pictures. We really enjoy eating these crepes, and they are very easy to fix. Very filling this way - and satisfy for quite some time.
Eggs, coconut milk, a very little bit of coconut/rice flour to hold it together, and a bit of coconut oil. The filling is a mix here of steak cubes and side pork - but that can be whatever is available. If not on low carb, butter and cinnamon with a bit of real maple syrup over the top of the crepe is very good. Or, blueberries - or any berries. Even small dark chocolate chips are good. Could try lutefisk. (G)
