Texas | I use Evernote for this and love it. I have five years of business receipts on there. Evernote makes an app called scannable. I have it on my phone, scan receipts, and they get loaded into Evernote. It works slick. I like having them all on the cloud so I can find and pull up stuff on my phone or computer.
I scan probably 10-20 receipts a week as well as it gives you an option under your print menu on the computer to save to Evernote so when I have an online receipt I just click print to Evernote and it’s done. You can also easily add PDFs and things.
Evernote does a lot more than this too I think but all I use it for is receipts.
