Just installed Quickbooks on new operating system and cannot access data files. Last 30 days of payroll seems to be missing. Have cloud backup but still bothers to nor be able to access files. Previous system was Windows 7 which is not supported in too many platforms anymore. Any suggestions? Thanks.
