But don't feel bad for me having leftovers. Good friends made a multi course meal for us and other friends a couple nights ago. One of the courses was some type of special chuck steak that was cooked 30 hours in a constant temperature sosvide cooker in a plastic bag. They had one complete 1.5" steak left over and left it behind for us.
We had it for supper last night and tonight wife took what was left, cubed it, added onions and mushrooms and bouillon and turned it into the most delicious meat soup. Yumm. My kind of leftovers.
Talk about some good tasting cheap cut of meat. We have such good friends!
