RDinMN - 2/10/2020 06:55 I beg to differ. John does routinely get into providing medical advice. The keto diet has it's place, but there are downsides to it as well. There's plenty of research on that too if you are open to it. The SAD is not working for Americans, however most Americans aren't following that either- chips, sweets, fast food, pop are not on the recommended SAD diet either. I have had more human nutrition classes than my healthcare provider too. But there are specialists within the healthcare system that have that information that can be referred to. Just like there are specialists within the ag community to provide specific information on which chemical to use for your particular situation. The solution for all weed problems is not Round-up just like the keto diet is not the end all answer for diet.

You are so wrong. But im not gonna try and convince you of that. The SAD is all that you mentioned. Go to our schools and (across the nation) show me a health food source, and diet. Almost everything is processed. It comes out of a can or package. As an average, not many schools make "home made" like grandma used to. That was way better diet than what we have today. a lot of folks won't take time to cook any more.
