John has not and will not give medical advice. You are simply wrong about the keto diet being a one size fits all diet. The SAD is certainly not working for Americans.

I have more human nutrition classes than your healthcare provider. Nutrition is just something they do not learn in medical school. So asking your local healthcare provider about food and nutrition is like asking a nonfarmer what to spray on corn to kill weeds. Most simply have no clue and tell you to eat a balanced SAD.
