Dump the fruit. High in sugar and will make you hungry in one to two hours.

Cold meat strips. The other stuff that has already been mentioned.

Fat and protein have the greatest satiety. Sugar and carbs make hungry you crave more.

Cut out the soda pop, sugar or artificial. Will make you crave more and hungry. Do a splash of lemon juice in water or carbonated water. Or flavored carbonated water with no sugar or sweetners.
