Oh how I know that snacking on things with sugars and carbs will never fill you up.

One is too many, and ten is not enough.

If you haven't been reading John's posts about eating a reduced carb diet, start now.

The foods that will satisfy you are proteins and fats. Once you get your body off of the sugar train, the hunger you feel changes greatly.

Getting the desire for the sugar treats to completely go away may take much longer, but it keeps getting easier.

I'll offer the advice of "snacking" on pork rinds, and try to get the ones without added sugar, bacon, beef jerky that doesn't have added sugars, and cheese too.

Choose veggies that are Keto friendly to munch on, and avoid the fruits, breads, chips, pasta, etc. as they are full of sugar/carbs.
