It is a simple concept to think that we're all big kids but when it comes to diet, weight loss, etc. it can get emotional and I've seen people try or believe almost anything they read or hear on tv or the internet regardless of the credentials of the person giving their opinion.
Yupp. For sure. I don't know how many times my wife re-joined Weightwatchers along with her girlfriends only to lose a little after six months then give it up and fail.
Fad diets are a problem, for sure.
