I don't think anyone on here is giving specific advice. I know I am not.
Just relaying my experience and where I got some information I found useful.
We are all big kids here and choose our own path. What you said just kind of goes without saying. Caveat emptor.
Contrary to popular belief, all doctors are not all knowing and face the same human limitations the rest of us do. So additional information from other sources can be of benefit for anyone that has the capability to think. If they can't think to begin with, they probably have no business being on a discussion board as that is kind of one of the requirements for it to be of much use.
