Pittsburg, Kansas | After six months of eating large amounts of good fat, my triglicerides came down significantly. Don't have my blood tests here to report the actual numbers, but HDL was up (to just barely out of the normal range and flagged "high"), LDL stayed within a few points of being the same as the year before (in normal range), and triglicerides were significantly down. All moves in the correct direction.
Here in a few months I will test again. Will be interesting to see what the numbers are after a year and a half on the diet.
Dave Feldman has some really interesting material both on his own N=1 experiments and also his delving into research papers along with his own data analysis on scientific data sets.
